A wedding planner is a valuable resource to organize and plan the details of your day. We know the ins and outs of the industry and can share tips to save you time, money and stress! It is a joyful celebration and we want it to feel that way for each client we serve. Although you may be able to plan your wedding yourself, you should not have to because it will remove the focus on what is really important for the wedding couple. We often hear couples who begin to plan and then they become overwhelmed and end up hiring a planner at the last minute. As a bride who planned her own wedding , I do not recommend doing so. I was a stressed out mess! I offer my services to couples who do not have the time or resources to plan their own wedding. We realize you have a full time job and we do not expect you to fully plan your own wedding.Our planners can take the stress out of the day and will allow you to get back to enjoying the experience as you should.

We offer full wedding planning services ,concierge style and in phases so that we are not overwhelming you. Which means you will be provided with a wedding specialist (aka wedding bestie) to handle all details from the beginning of the planning process, to the end of your wedding day. We will assist with wedding website creation, suggest wedding invitation vendors, locate and secure your venue, bring in vendors that best suit your style and needs, create a custom mood board, run the ceremony rehearsal, design your seating chart and floor plan, communicate with all creative partners, all while handling you with patience and positive communication. WE DO NOT OFFER DECORATING SERVICES IN THIS PACKAGE. We will assist you with our vendor list and find the best decorator to meet your needs. On the day of your wedding, all guests, the wedding couple, bridal party and vendor team, will have a wedding specialist to handle the details for the day and to keep the timeline on track.

Our pricing model is based on the number of service hours delivered, resources needed, transportation and staff needed to help your production run smoothly. Pricing for our planning services range from $1,500 up to $9,500. Since no two weddings are the same, pricing is highly customized.
